Since Permission Ministries was founded in San Diego we thought we could highlight a few of our ministries in the area. Even though San Diego can be overlooked because of the more well known international cities of San Francisco and Los Angeles, it holds the distinction of hosting the first Catholic Mission of California. There’s also been many prophetic words about San Diego being a prototype city with a unique expression of kingdom. Let me share a quick testimony on how that’s being played out.

On February 22, 2022 there was a Unity & Prayer gathering hosted by TDC Partners Rick and Maria Sainz of Red Seal Ministries. The gathering was an incredible experience leaving many greatly encouraged about the ability of the church to pray and work together and hopefully leading to further Kingdom collaborations.

There were some characteristics about the meeting that made for its success and may serve as an inspiration for the continued maturity and advancement of the mission of the church in our region and hopefully beyond.

  1. There was a clear strategy for the evening making it easy to follow and participate.

  2. Humility & honor was evident as leaders from around the county came together and released a beautiful synergy of encouraging words and prayer declarations.

  3. Worshipping Jesus was central, His presence was strong making it easy to pray.

  4. Healthy relationships are essential in life and it made all the difference as many of those participating in the meeting have a lot of history together. It was a snapshot of what it says in Psalm 133, “ How good and how pleasant it is when brethren dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head running down...!” Unity will bring a fulness of the manifestation of God’s glory!

Following the meeting there has continued to be a sweet fellowship among the leaders and a continuing discussion on how to continue to work together to bless our city. This is like a dream come true as the building of city wide unity has been one of the most difficult things in ministry. Raise the dead, heal the sick and cast out demons, no problem, but unity, what a challenge! Unity is so essential for the church to grow in maturity and fruitfulness. Simply put, we need each other.

Here’s a couple more local ministries we would like to highlight this month, which you can also find on our new web site.

Red Seal Ministries ~ Rick & Maria Sainz

Together Rick and Maria led a home group bible study that after several years grew into over a hundred people. In 2014, they moved the group to a local church and it grew to over two hundred people attending the weekly meetings. Hence, Red Seal ministries was birthed. That same year, Rick and Maria were ordained as pastors through Gary Goodell and Third Day Church/Permission Ministries. Red Seal is a non profit organization and holds services, and outreaches throughout San Diego. It is an apostolic hub focusing on equipping the body of Christ. They minister in churches all over San Diego area igniting people into their destiny and preaching the full gospel of Jesus Christ with the demonstration of power with signs, wonders and miracles following. Their desire is to see the body of Christ come into their true identity in Christ and to move forward in advancing God’s kingdom. You can check out Red Seal Ministries every Tuesday night in San Diego. Check them out at www.redsealministries.com

Rainbow Transformation Ministries ~ Joel & Cindy Incorvaia

In 1999 Joel and Cindy Incorvaia developed a passion to reach broken and marginalized people beginning with female prisoners at Rainbow California Conservation Camp located in San Diego. They have also been hosted house groups and been involved in ministry in Tijuana. In 2008, they realized and accepted a calling to take the message of God’s transforming love beyond their local region to whatever nation God would open doors. Since then, they have ministered in the countries of Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, India, and Uganda, with a special focus since 2021 on Kenya. Ministry teams led by Joel and Cindy travel to Kenya up to twice a year to run leadership conferences and visit schools, orphanages and prisons in rural areas. The teams also support ministry to men and women involved in the tourist sex trade in cities located in the eastern region of Kenya. Joel will be heading for another trip to Kenya this May to lead men’s conferences. If you are interested in their ministry you can go to their website at www.rainbowtm.com

We appreciate your involvement and faithful support,
